Over 20 years of experience in engineering, product management, and systems architecture, working in the networking, media & entertainment, and AV industries. Led several industry-first enterprise video-over-IP projects. Founded HiCLIFF with a mission to help address the challenges of managing and securing new modern networked AV and media environments.

Grifiths has been associated with the AV Industry for the last two decades and held various organizational roles as Project Manager, Sales Manager, and currently at ClearOne Inc as AVP-Sales EMEAIO region and Global Alliances.

A University of Central Florida double-alum with a Master’s in Digital Media, Iulia Popescu is a content creator who loves bringing people together over shared interests.  As AVIXA's Coordinator of Digital Content, she produces articles on a myriad of technology topics. She has been working on virtual reality projects lately, transforming folk tales into VR narratives. 

Since more than 12 years head of team of around 30people managing the meeting room infrastructure at the European Commission. We manage every day a mix of small, boardroom and high level rooms with up to 23 interpretation booths.

As Content Manager, I develop both in-person and digital programs for AVIXA. I'm always looking for new content ideas that highlight topics and trends of importance to the AV industry, particularly in the areas of Content Production and Streaming, Learning and Live Events. I am the AVIXA Program Coordinator for the regions DACH, Iberia, Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Central Asia. I am responsible for all your membership questions, aiding our DACH-region courses, and supporting the German-speaking AV industry through events, the DACH Women's Council, and our DACH job portal.
