Soy Business Development Manager para América Latina en soluciones LED profesionales, con experiencia liderando estrategias comerciales para videowalls y entornos visuales de alta disponibilidad. Conozco a fondo los desafíos técnicos y comerciales del sector ProAV, y me enfoco en ofrecer soluciones que combinan calidad, eficiencia y visión de futuro.
Además, me dedico a preservar memorias: lidero un emprendimiento para digitalizar formatos analógicos como VHS, MiniDV, vinilos, fotografías y negativos, ayudando a familias a conservar sus recuerdos de manera segura y accesible en el mundo digital.

Currently a Senior Solutions Engineer at Mechdyne Corporation. I started at Mechdyne as an AV Systems Designer from 2013-2018 where 90% of my projects were under-budget and delivered on-time. In 2020, I was listed as one of Commercial Integrator’s “40 Influencers Under 40”. I started in the AV Industry in 1998, running sound at my church and school in Bloomington, MN , and doing it professionally since 2000. I graduated from Iowa State University with a BS in Aerospace Engineering in 2009 where I worked as a local stagehand at CY Stephens Auditorium and Hilton Coliseum, as well as other freelance stagehand work in the Minneapolis area. Since 2022, Aaron has continued to work various events back at CY Stephens Auditorium and at other locations in the central-Iowa area.
As a seasoned Group Operations and Technical Director, I have built a strong track record in the audio/video and collaboration technologies industry. My expertise includes Operations Management, Sales, A/V Systems Design, and Technical Resource Management, allowing me to bring a comprehensive approach to any technological challenge.
I hold various manufacturer certifications and have maintained my AVIXA CTS for 20+ years complementing my strong engineering skills. My commitment to excellence and innovative solutions has consistently driven success across complex projects and initiatives.
I have been in the Audio-Visual industry for 20+ years in various sales and marketing roles in both the private and public sectors. My work history includes working with integrators and manufacturers such as Christie Digital, Epson, and currently with QSC. I am passionate about helping women succeed in the industry and have spent the past 6 years working with the AVIXA Women’s Council, a group of professionals committed to supporting and empowering women who work in the technology and AV industry – first as a member, two years ago appointed as co-chair to the Los Angeles/Orange County region, and at the start of 2022, Co-Chair to the council. The council has over a thousand members and 50 groups throughout the world.
