As the Technical Integration supervisor at the Legislative Assembly office, I oversee a team of technicians who install and maintain all AV and television broadcasting equipment related to activities in meeting spaces, committee rooms and the Legislative Chamber. In addition to hardware support we do all of our own in house programming including Crestron, QSys and Peavey.
I have previous experience as an audio engineer in theatre, television broadcast and live events as well as general AV setup and installs for audio, video and lighting systems.
Jaz Wray joined Encompass Digital Media as Sales Director - Western USA & Canada in 2020 during the live events shutdowns. Jaz brings more than 20 years combined experience in broadcast, media & entertainment, and wireless telecom industries. Jaz was most recently working for Barco in the live events market, and has also managed sales in the Western USA for Ross Video and Clear-Com. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and earned his MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Wray is an FAA certified private pilot who enjoys travel and a mix between time at the beach and snow skiing with his wife and three teenage children based in Houston, Texas.
Atkins Fleming is the Assistant Director of Learning Spaces at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. He’s worked for over a decade in higher education A/V support, preceded by numerous years in acoustical design. He has a degree in Sound Recording Technology from Texas State University and is a lifelong musician, and he uses both skillsets on a regular basis at his church. Atkins has always loved A/V, from before he knew what A/V was.
