About Eileen Kallo
I am currently the Regional Operations Manager at AVI-SPL, a role I’ve held for the past three years. I truly love the AV industry and often wish I had discovered it earlier in my career. Before joining AVI-SPL, I spent 18 years in construction operations, serving as a P&L leader in both the elevator and signage industries. I began my career as a project manager in 2002 and worked my way up through progressive leadership roles.
I hold a business degree from California Baptist University and a master’s degree in project management from USC. I’m grateful for the experiences that brought me to where I am today, and I look forward to continuing to grow within the AV industry and connecting with others in this field.
