With a background in electronics engineering and nearly two decades of experience in the industry, Grifiths has worked in various technical, training, project management, and sales leadership roles. This extensive experience has given him a deep understanding of the latest trends and innovations in the field and a passion for sharing his knowledge with others. Throughout his career, Grifiths has worked with various system integration companies and manufacturers, managing large-scale projects and troubleshooting complex systems. A seasoned professional in the fields of studio production and account management, with over 15 years of experience in the world of reality and docu series television. He began his career at the bottom, working as a production assistant, and worked his way up to become a director and supervising producer for hit shows like "90 Day Fiance," "TANKED," and  “Alaskan Bush People” Today, Jeff brings his wealth of experience and expertise to his two key positions at Dreamtek, a leading global creative production company. As Director of Studio Productions, Jeff oversees the production process of a wide range of creative projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and on budget. In his role as Director of Account Management for the West Coast, he is responsible for managing relationships with Dreamtek's clients in the region, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service. Jeff has developed a reputation for his attention to detail, strategic thinking, and ability to lead and motivate teams.

I work at Lincoln Center on all their digital signage. I also own Multo.com, a creative integrator digital signage agency. I do interactive and large scale projection mapping video art installations as well. 

As a broadcast professional and multiplatform strategist with a passion for writing, I bring a unique perspective to content creation. Throughout my broadcasting career, which began in 2005, I have honed my skills in video production, system integration, and live event management. I have also managed interns and performed field marketing projects while maintaining a self-driven commitment to ongoing learning and growth. In addition to my technical expertise, I am also an avid reader and enjoy exploring new avenues for personal and professional development. My work in the digital media and web development sector has given me a fresh perspective on the power of content to connect with audiences and create meaningful change. I've been in the low voltage industry for my entire career in sales management / consulting / business development roles covering a diverse range of solutions and channels.. Over my 30+ year career in AV I've had the pleasure of working with company's such as: Bogen Communications, BOSE Professional, Crestron Electronics, ClearOne, Music Group and Axis Communications where I currently head up Axis network audio initiative in the US.
