As a PMP® certified professional with master's degrees in Informatics Systems and Business Administration, I combine engineering expertise, structured project management and business knowledge to balance technical excellence with strategic decision-making throughout every stage of project delivery. For me, success is measured not only by meeting scope, schedule and budget, but by delivering solutions that perform reliably, create long-term value and continue to support business objectives long after project completion. Throughout my career, I have collaborated with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, vendors and clients across domestic and international projects. I believe successful projects are built on careful planning, transparent communication, accountability and disciplined execution. I also leverage AI to enhance project planning, decision-making, documentation and delivery efficiency while maintaining sound engineering judgement and professional responsibility. I currently support the AVI-SPL Houston sales team by processing customer purchase orders, preparing sales proposals, tracking sales metrics, and contributing to our team’s goals. AVI-SPL is a global leader in digital workplace solutions, specializing in audiovisual (AV) and collaboration technologies. Our mission is to help customers communicate and collaborate effectively, no matter where they are, by designing, integrating, managing, and supporting systems that enhance communication. With fourteen years of combined experience in office management and leadership across various industries, including my time as a business owner, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the AV sector. I’m actively involved in several professional groups, including the AVI-SPL Culture Coalition, AVIXA Women’s Council Houston, AVIXA Rising Professionals, and the Houston AVIXA Women’s Group. Born and raised in Texas, I’ve lived in Houston for thirty-six years. In 2018, I earned my first-degree black belt in Tang Soo Do after five years of dedication. Outside of work, I enjoy competing in billiard tournaments, participating in my APA pool league, playing daily chess games, working on DIY home projects, and exploring with my dog.

At SpinetiX, I drive multichannel comms campaigns and oversee digital marketing, from website management to social media growth. I collaborate in cross-functional initiatives together with the product, support, and development teams to create product documentation. My role also involves directing our digital signage academy with AVIXA-approved courses and developing engaging brand-aligned content, as well as coordinating with internal and external partners to fulfill our marketing strategies. All this, while thriving in a multicultural setting of teammates from across the globe.
