Take the lead in the accurate asset management of multimedia infrastructure equipment and software using agreed procedures. Identifying trends and making recommendations, contribute to annual planning of hardware/software requirements in collaboration with academics and relevant ITS colleagues. Maintain the general security of equipment across the campus following agreed procedures. Take the lead in preparation and support of special events utilising multimedia technology, including open days. Coordinate with suppliers in order to convert purchases into projects, in order to define and implement multimedia infrastructure.
