We have an immediate opening for a Classroom Technology Experience Supervisor located on-site in Fort Collins, CO.
The Classroom Technology Experience Supervisor will work directly with stakeholders, managing resources and quality assurance for assigned AV projects. This position will often require that the candidate be involved in multiple concurrent projects, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and quality of work. This position will establish and implement standard operating procedures to maintain the quality and reliability of all multimedia and AV services, ensuring a consistent and seamless user experience. The results of such decisions serve to support teaching and learning in the classroom and ensure the availability and integrity of classroom technology. In addition, the position requires keeping abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in audio-visual and educational media services to propose innovative solutions and improvements. They will also research and recommend the purchase of new equipment and technology upgrades to meet evolving academic needs.
