Managing timetables, classroom availability, and AV systems across a large campus is complex and time-consuming. The university needed a solution to simplify processes, reduce manual work, and improve the learning experience for students and staff.

100+ ProDVX displays for room signage, AV control, and centralised device management

The project was completed by AV Projekt – Profesjonalne Systemy Audiowizualne – in cooperation with SimpleAV - our value-added distributor in Poland. SimpleAV provided technological support and consulting in the selection of appropriate devices and software integration. Over 100 ProDVX 10, 15, and 22-inch displays were installed for classroom information, AV control, and centralised device management, ensuring smooth and efficient campus operations.
