At Webex One ’25 in Mumbai, our team spent the day exploring how the next wave of collaboration and customer experience technology is taking shape.
The sessions unveiled a set of updates that stood out for their scale and ambition:
• Local data centres in Mumbai and Chennai for Webex Contact Center and Webex Calling, ensuring full data residency in India and improved performance for Indian users
• Webex AI Agent for Contact Center, now moving toward beta support for more than 50 languages, including 7+ Indian languages
• Webex AI Quality Management (QM) and AI Defense, aimed at stronger workforce insights and enhanced security
• Deeper integrations across Salesforce, AWS and Epic to unify workflows and data
• RoomOS 26, powered by NVIDIA, bringing a new layer of intelligence to workplace devices and meeting environments
It was a day of strong ideas, practical demonstrations and good conversations, giving us a clearer sense of where collaboration technology is headed next.
