Rob has worked in high tech for four decades, establishing himself as a veritable veteran of the moving image. He has spent time in engineering, sales and marketing, in positions spanning the content-creation, distribution, and transmission industries and more recently AV. Previously, he was an active member of the International Association of Broadcast Manufacturers, serving on its technical sub-committee as well as presenting technical sessions for the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers in London (including 'resettlement' courses for those leaving the UK military) , the Control Room Summit and AV Broadcast Summit  - both in Europe and for Infocomm University in Dubai and the US. His education includes a CTS. He also has degrees in Information and Communication Technologies (BSc) and Electrical and Electronic Engineering (BSc). Additionally, he complemented this with a Chartered Institute of Marketing post-graduate diploma.   He has been with Matrox Video for 20 years over which time has been associated with many projects, large and small – national and international. His current remit is the furtherance of strategic partnerships - both technological and organizational. He is particularly involved with the new IPMX open standard - the AV focussed extension to ST2110. Rob is held in high regard internationally for his technology training sessions and was recognised by Infocomm in 2016 as a ‘distinguished talent’ in the industry.

With over four decades of experience in the entertainment and event technology field, Jim’s enthusiasm for team and client relationships has been his focus. In the ever-changing world of his craft, he has learned to adapt quickly, prioritize, and execute at the highest level. Jim’s aim as a positive and decisive team leader is on bridging the gap between teams and individuals thus bringing technical and operational maximum efficiency.

HI! I am Jerald David Winston and I am the sole proprietor of PangeaAV.     PangeaAV is the culmination of all the shows that have helped me become the production specialist that I am today. I love being able to help people communicate with and educate fellow professionals. From being a long lens Camera Operator for Film productions, Corporate events. and Broadcast to Being a Remote Drone Pilot putting my 107a cert. to good use; I am constantly reminded how big an impact a great production makes on the hearts and minds of our audience. I am dedicated to that impact by leveraging our community and resources to ensuring a great show every time.

A native Spanish speaker with a technical business proficiency in English, Fernando excels in cultivating enduring client relationships and delivering solution-driven outcomes within multifaceted international contexts. Leveraging his combined background in Control Rooms industry expertise spanning the last decade and his architectural profile, complemented by diverse comprehensive trainings, Fernando possesses an exceptional understanding of Control Room design, ergonomics, health in work space, international standards compliance, audiovisual technology, and other pivotal facets crucial for the successful deployment of Operation Centers.
