I started as a technician in the early days of HB Live and have garnered invaluable and intimate expertise in the audiovisual event production industry over the course of my 30+ years career managing thousands of events at HB Live. Under my leadership, our teams actively pursue innovative solutions to even the most challenging problems through purposeful collaboration with our clients and affiliates with the sole purpose of providing an event that leaves a lasting impression.

A higher education technology leader well versed in AV, broadcasting, live and recorded video production, and teaching. Experienced in the study of virtual environments, video games, and accessibility. Don is the current President of the Educational Technology Collaborative (ETC, etcollaborative.org), The mission of ETC is to provide leadership and a forum for information exchange to the providers of media content, academic technology, and support for quality teaching and learning at institutions of higher education. Don is also the Director of UCF’s nationally recognized Office of Instructional Resources, which is responsible for AV design, consultation, integration and engineering, project management, end-user support and training, and planning for the university.

Robert Sterzing is the CEO and Chairman of Bitlogix Corporation. With a background in advanced analytics, AI, digital twins, IoT, and cybersecurity, he has led companies across North America, Europe, and Asia. A former CEO and President of Optoma and EIKI, Robert has also served as a board member for a digital signage venture, bringing deep expertise in AV, enterprise technology, and innovation-driven growth.  Bitlogix began as an AV control software company, pioneering network-based solutions for IoT device management and AV system monitoring. Bitlogix has evolved into a leader in AI-driven and advanced analytics solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technology and data intelligence to serve multiple industries including the AV industry.

I am a production and AVL expert dedicated to bringing creative visions and concepts to life. I left my production home of 16 years in November 2021 and am currently building my own consulting business while keeping my options open for the right opportunity.  Since 1994, I have had the opportunity - both as a freelancer, small business owner, and an executive team leader - to work in delivering solutions on a scale that most people rarely see while up against timelines that seem impossible. My diverse, well-rounded background allows me to understand almost any organization or project's technical, creative, time management, and team building needs. I pride myself on the ability to creatively overcome challenges while creating an enjoyable experience for both my team and our clients along the way. I believe the job of a true leader is about more than creating and executing a strategic vision or strategy. It is about being a trusted team member, mentor, and leader. Started my career in the insurance industry, specifically Workers comp. Eleven years ago I answered a call from an old friend I  went to grade school with and he asked me to come help him manage his broadcast cabling company. That old friend is Carl Craver and the company is Viper Cabling Inc.  WE handle everything from small voice and data /AV installs to large broadcast projects.  I took over Carl's  spot on the ITS Council and have been volunteering ever since 2012. I am excited to have been recently elected as the ITS Council chair.   As the new Chair I hope to recruit new members that would like to be a part of our next charity project.

Started Journey as Live sound System Engineer For small AV company in 2007. Then join one Dubbing studio and Done Some Movies Dubbing and Music Mixing Till 2008. After 2008 Started working as Freelancer for Audio Jobs as Recording, Dubbing and Mixing engineer for regional language Music and Movies. From 2010 corporate journey Started with Manufacturer of AV Acessories in India. Till 2012 worked as Technical Marketing team Head for the Product developments and Possible solutions for Pro Audio and Video Industry Acessories. After 2013 Started working for Pro Audio Industry Products as BDM for West India. From 2016 Working as Individual Audio, Video and Acoustics Design Consultant for freelance projects across India and in global market.

Jenn was also a part of SCN The Nine: Class of 2021 and Class of 2022 Commercial Integrators 40 Under 40. She’s passionate about creating opportunities for incoming folks into the industry and advocating for neurodiversity and mental health awareness.  Her experience in AV ranges from project coordination, rentals, marketing, sales, service, AV consulting, and she currently works as a design engineer with AVI-SPL. Something you may not know about her is that she achieved her BS in Media Arts & Design at James Madison University and her Master's in Sociology at The New School for Social Research.
