After starting in video and growing into leadership roles, I spent seven years freelancing as a show caller and producer, which gave me the opportunity to work across a wide range of productions and teams. I’m now at Webb Productions, where I lead the Operations team and help shape company strategy, combining practical production knowledge with a passion for strong execution and team leadership.
