I am an experienced ICT and Audio-Visual (AV) professional based in Trinidad and Tobago. With over five years of hands-on experience in AV systems design, integration, and support, I specialize in developing and managing multimedia environments that enhance teaching, learning, and executive communication. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science along with industry certifications including CompTIA A+, and Network+, and have received formal technical training from leading AV manufacturers such as Crestron and Biamp. My work has involved the successful design and deployment of multiple tiered multimedia spaces, as well as providing AV support for high-level institutional events. I am particularly passionate about the convergence of AV and ICT through AV-over-IP technologies, standardization across enterprise systems, and staying aligned with emerging trends in smart learning environments.
