I am a lover of Family, Life, and AV and Great Experiences.
In 2005, I learned about HDMI — emerging technology at the time — while working as the new editorial assistant for Sound & Video Contractor (SVC) magazine and the now defunct millimeter, Video Systems, and Digital Content Producer magazines. I was instantly hooked on learning more about the possibilities of what modern AV technology could do, especially in the corporate AV market. Almost two decades, a few job title upgrades on SVC, and a jump to the marketing side working as InGear's resident writer, and I'm still just as riveted by the possibilities of AV and a good installation story.
