Life-long learner, incessant tinkerer, and eternal optimist. Yes, I committed to what we now call the AV industry in 1981, and here I am still inspired by its people, products, and possibilities. Along the way I have participated in ways I couldn't imagine at the start of my career in the design, deployment, commissioning, and operation of systems as varied as comms for a satellite tracking station, to sound reinforcement for a Pope. My path eventually brought me to product development where I have worked alongside some of the brightest minds in AV, leading to over 140 innovative products of my own. But there's still much more to learn, and that's why I'm here on Xchange. A wise person once said that when two people exchange a dollar, they both still have one dollar. But when they exchange ideas, they both have two ideas. Let's talk.
