Sanjeev is the level-headed and composed CEO of the company. He possesses more than 30 years of experience in the realm of Audio Visual, Computers and Technology. He began his rich career with Metal Box, a British Multinational company. Sanjeev stepped into the IT industry when he began working with the HCL group and continued this stint until the year 1995.
The entrepreneurial spirit always ‘lived’ inside of Sanjeev, which finally overtook and he forayed into unchartered territory, in the year '1995', when ‘start-up’ was possibly considered a fad. This decision overshadowed his guaranteed admittance to a couple of completely paid Master’s Degree programs from elite Universities in the USA, and instead he pursued an MBA degree in India. Back in 1995, Sanjeev did not have access to external funding, but he built a company from the ground up with his personal resources and steered the company to acquire a position of a front-runner and beacon, in the AV industry.

Sanjeev is an Electrical Engineering graduate, with a specialization in Computer Science from IIT Delhi and an MBA from IIM Calcutta.

This enables me to bridge engineering teams, stakeholders and business priorities while maintaining a strong focus on quality, reliability and successful project outcomes. As a PMP® certified professional with master's degrees in Informatics Systems and Business Administration, I combine engineering expertise, structured project management and business knowledge to balance technical excellence with strategic decision-making throughout every stage of project delivery. For me, success is measured not only by meeting scope, schedule and budget, but by delivering solutions that perform reliably, create long-term value and continue to support business objectives long after project completion. Throughout my career, I have collaborated with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, vendors and clients across domestic and international projects.
