Los inicios de mi experiencia profesional me he desempañado en el área operativa del equipo de audio y más tarde en el área de ventas de audio, video e iluminación. Tengo 20 años de experiencia en ventas. He tenido el placer de trabajar como asesor de ventas, gerente de ventas, director de ventas, director general, desarrollador de mercados y ahora nuevamente como director de ventas. Como me he desempeñado desde la base hasta la cima de la pirámide en la empresa, esto me permite tener una visión más amplia de la empresa y del mercado. He tenido la oportunidad de asistir a exposiciones internacionales en Europa y Estados Unidos. También he asistido a global sales meetings, kick-offs y reuniones para diferentes marcas y diferentes ciudades en Europa y USA. Me encanta viajar. Siempre he tratado de aprovechar las posibilidades que ofrece el Internet y ahora la inteligencia artificial para impulsar a la empresa. I have worked in the AV technology industry in Highed Education for over 25 years starting as a media technician and continuing on in coordinator and manager roles. I currently offer AV consulting services, as well as enjoy life persuing interests in archeology, animal rescue, and music.

As an architect by training (BS Architecture, Cal Poly SLO) and a collaborative technologist with four decades of practice, I’m passionate about mentoring the next generation of AV professionals at the intersection of technology, strategy, and leadership. I have been active in AVIXA since 1986 and served on the national board from 1993–2000. I am a Fellow of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) and an Associate member of the American Institute of Architects. I serve as Director of Digital Experience Design at Clark & Enersen, a 200-person interdisciplinary architecture and engineering firm, where I lead the planning and design of integrated audiovisual and digital experience environments for higher education, healthcare, and research clients. My expertise spans systems design, integrated building technology planning, and strategic business development. I bring an award-winning, B2B design-thinking approach developed through leadership roles with national AEC and technology firms. Across both institutional and consulting roles, I have led marketing and growth strategy, designed future-ready learning and simulation environments, and helped organizations implement AI-powered tools that scale expertise and performance.
