Juliana, thank you for your question. You can access your transcripts through AVIXA's website, avixa.org. Hover on the Training tab and select My Training Portal. If you have any problems accessing your records, please let us know. You can also check for further information in our Global Members Services Room here on Xchange or reach our customer service team at membership@avixa.org.
