Scottsdale, AZ (October 1, 2025) — ProjX360, a leading end-to-end business management platform built for custom integration and pro AV companies, is excited to announce the hiring of Kristina Marshall as Onboarding Director. Marshall will lead initiatives to help new clients learn ProjX360 and adopt proven workflows that streamline operations from sales through service. 

Marshall brings over a decade of experience spanning both integration and SaaS solutions for the AV industry. She served at Portal.io from 2017 through 2025, where she worked closely with dealers and manufacturers to simplify quoting and procurement processes. Prior to that, she worked as a system designer and project manager at Kiwi Audio Visual (2013–2017), overseeing design, documentation, and job execution from prewire through project completion.

As Onboarding Director, Marshall will focus on guiding customers through ProjX360’s full feature set—CRM, proposals, project management, scheduling, inventory, and invoicing—while tailoring training to match each company’s structure and processes. Her goal is to help integrators unlock efficiencies faster, reduce onboarding time, and realize measurable ROI from their investment in ProjX360.
