Elite members get unlimited access to nearly all the online content on our training platform called Netexam or simply "the portal". If you've searched through the training portal you might've noticed that some courses require an upgrade. This means that you'll need to be an elite member to take said course. But does one become designated as an elite member? This can be done several ways. If you're not affiliated with a member company then you can purchase a 30 day elite member pass for $175.00 found here: (30-Day Online Training Pass) or purchase an entire year's access for $399.00. That option can be found in our: Membership Selection page . Once elite membership is established you've got free reign over the courses you can take in the portal.
But what if you're a premium member under an enterprise membership? That too requires an upgrade, but how you go about getting that done is a little different. The primary contact on the enterprise account is the person responsible for designating the elite seats on their respective accounts. You can find out who the primary contact on your account is from your profile's dashboard. Simply login as yourself and go to the "my company" tab and you can see who the primary contact is there. You'll need their permission to be upgraded to elite. How you contact your PC is at your discretion. If your primary contact approves of you using one of their elite seats here's a link to PDF instructions on how they can assign one of the seats to you: https://cdn.avixa.org/production/docs/default-source/default-document-library/how-to-select-elite-staff-for-your-avixa-membership.pdf?sfvrsn=b35e6999_2 . If the primary contact would rather us to do this for them they can email their account rep directly.
