Since we're just talking lens and not screen size, projector brightness, resolution etc., I'd request A. to find a clear spot for the projector in the ceiling and to estimate the throw distance to the screen surface and I'd also check the elevation for vertical offset to ensure the lens selected can operate within the vertical lens shift range stated by the manufacturer.
