As a skilled AV and Acoustics Engineer, I am dedicated to creating immersive and engaging experiences through technology with an understanding of both the technical and creative aspects of the industry. From live events and conferences to immersive installations and digital signage, I am passionate about utilizing cutting-edge technology to bring ideas to life.

I grew up in a family of 4 generations of photographers, and then went on to study civil engineering at IIT Delhi. My journey in AV began with The AV Workshop in 1987 as Chief AV Programmer, and then going on to setup A. V. Graphics (P) Limited in 1988. In these 37 years, I have acquired a complete understanding of the audio-visual medium as well as technical mastery in the control and synchronisation of media devices for audio, video, lighting and projection. My expertise includes - audio-visual production; design, production and installation of Son-et-Lumière (sound & light) shows; as well as immersive experiences in museums. This blend of both technical as well a creative skills has given me a distinct advantage in delivering AV projects to perfection.

I’m a graduate in Bachelor of Computer Applications and also hold a Diploma in Audio Engineering, along with certification and training in L-Acoustics  System Experts Training,  Soundvision, K1, K2, and Kara II Systems, M1-P1 Measurement & Tuning, Drive System, System Implementation and System & Workflow, as well as Sound System Optimization by d&b audiotechnik. I’m also an AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist - Installation and am preparing for CTS-D. I have over 12 years of experience in the AV industry, working across live events, sound rental, and cruise ship entertainment. I spent 3 years with SOUND.COM Pvt. Ltd. (India) in a sound rental environment, followed by roles as an Audio Technician on Virgin Voyages and Celebrity Cruises, handling live shows and onboard productions. More recently, I worked as a Senior Sound Engineer with PRG Middle East for one year and I am currently freelancing. I have ample experience using the audio equipment, tools, and software involved in live sound. In addition to this, I have engineered a number of successful live shows during my tenure of work. I am well capable of operating audio equipment used in live sound reinforcement

I have spent years writing for a variety of media in a continually changing landscape. I grew from journalism roots into writing award-winning, engaging alumni newsletters for higher education on a variety of topics to convey complicated information to general audiences. The skills gained there meshed with a master’s degree in creative writing and transferred into content marketing in the AV manufacturing field. I advise, support and execute the creation of engaging, strategic messaging that strengthens connections and meets organizational goals to increase public visibility.
