About Jeff Rhind
I am the Director of a world-class, high-touch customer service and technical team that provides excellence in rapid response assistance, training, and support to faculty, administration, staff and students in over 250 technology-enabled classrooms, conference rooms and event spaces across an urban campus of 10 buildings. I specialize in the consultation, planning, management and execution of events of all sizes both on-campus and off-campus including the coordination of logistics with multiple vendors.
