Garth Lobban is a 35-year veteran of the AV industry who got his start in rental/ staging and live sound while attending college. After a tenure in rental and equipment sales, he moved to the manufacturing side passing through the ranks of high-profile audio and video companies in roles from market development, channel marketing, to product marketing. As Director of Marketing, Garth currently oversees the global Marketing and Training teams at Atlona where he has been for over eight years. He’s raised two children with his wife of 33 years and after hours you might find him on his bicycle or at his work bench.
Tarek has over 20 years of experience in System Integration and Program Management Specialist in Low Voltage Technology System Integration and Mass Communication Systems. Proficient in Systems Design for diverse platforms, in addition to Audit and Evaluation. His role as Director of Operations and Engineering, Tarek worked on a multitude of Transportation and Institutional projects, including the vivaNEXT York Region Transit System with over 90+ Stations, GO Metrolinx Train Union Station Transit Shed, Billy Bishop Airport, Greater Toronto Airport Authority (GTAA), George Brown College, Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Ottawa Convention Centre, Atomic Energy Canada Limited, Ontario Power Generation (OPG), Etobicoke General Hospital (EGH-William Osler Health System) and the new Mackenzie Vaughan Hospital.
