It’s becoming more and more common to see rooms packed with giant displays, 4K cameras, and complex systems… that end up being used only for basic screen sharing.

In the AV industry, there’s often a push to install “the latest” or “most complete” solutions, instead of focusing on what users truly need.

The result:

- Underused equipment
- Overly complex interfaces
- Technology that adds frustration instead of value

A well-designed system isn’t the one with the most gear, it’s the one that responds best to the real needs of the space.
And achieving that takes more than technical knowledge: it takes observation, listening, and purposeful design.

Every project is a chance to integrate with intention.
Because when technology adapts to the user (not the other way around), everything works better.

Have you seen this happen in any of your projects?
