At Integrated Systems Europe 2023 in Barcelona, German ProAV manufacturer PureLink introduces the new mediahub2 series, a sleek, elegant interconnection concept that seamlessly blends into any high-end interior. This series offers maximum flexibility for workspaces, meeting spaces, classrooms, and those looking to design their project to fit their specific needs but also fit it in record time.

mediahub2 is designed for simple upgrades and enables scalable, high-quality multimedia integration. It consists of high-quality aluminium chassis, available in 5-slot, 7-slot and 10-slot sizes. These full-metal enclosures can be installed in five different ways: free standing, on-table, in-table, under desk, and wall mount. The versatile housing allows for customization through the use of extensive plug-in modules, including docking modules, power modules, and an innovative cable selection with a variety of connector and connection types.

The innovative “Individual Connection System” – or ICS for short – is the centrepiece behind the highly flexible and customizable mediahub2 series. It is a tool-less cable-to-cover mating technique, that provides a secure fixing, which can easily be assembled in seconds with a simple and clean setup. With the ICS assembly technique, various AV specific interfaces can be created by selecting from a comprehensive range of cables including HDMI, DisplayPort, USB-A, USB-B, USB-C, Ethernet, VGA and Audio and matching module covers as well as a pull-out cable covers for direct connections.
Using the selection of pre-configured units, the system is out-of-the-box ready to be installed.
