A black van pulls up. Apart from a subtle emblem on the side, there’s little to suggest what’s hidden inside. The driver’s cabin looks like a command centre – screens glow with graphics and system data. The side panel opens up, revealing a neatly organised collection of devices and equipment, carefully packed along the walls and in storage cases.

At first glance, this dark, suspiciously inconspicuous vehicle has all the makings of a gadget from a classic spy movie. But instead of surveillance tech, it contains the next smart step in our rental offering – one that makes drone shows easier than ever. Introducing: the Dronemobile.

In short: it’s a fully equipped, all-in-one system for putting on a 200-drone show. All the necessary hardware is packed into custom-designed cases, securely stored and ready to go. Just drive to the venue, roll everything out, and start setting up in no time.

But the Dronemobile is more than just efficient transportation: it also doubles as a control centre for drone shows. The front seats swivel 180 degrees to face the onboard control computers. And if the sun’s beating down or rain starts to fall, a retractable canopy over the loading ramp provides shelter during setup.

The entire system in one van

Packed inside are 216 UVify IFO drones – including spares, just in case. At the heart of the system is the UVify Groundcontrol Station with five access points. The station is accompanied by a wide range of components required for reliable operation: routers, switches, cable kits, antennas, receivers, tripods are all included – complete with weather protection for any hardware used outside.

Two rugged Panasonic Toughbooks handle monitoring and control, powered by a robust battery system with racks and storage. The full control setup can be operated comfortably from inside the Dronemobile.

And if you prefer to work out in the open? Here is where the Dronemobile’s flexibility shines: the Groundcontrol Station is fully mobile and can also be deployed outside the vehicle – ideal for fields or open-air locations.
