"Having a scale model allows you to see things the way the audience sees them exactly." So cool to see how this project literally came to life. Love how Quince Imaging thinks about the audience through the entire process. Thanks for sharing @Narin Nara

Thank you for sharing @Joé Lloyd! I have so much admiration for my colleagues that participate in Ramadan. I don't know that I would be able to have that much discipline or be able sacrifice so much. The video is a great reminder to be empathetic with coworkers as their day to day right now is very different.

I love seeing how VR is becoming more and more mainstream! Can't wait to see how it's incorporated more and more into our daily lives and how it will deepen relationships and open up our world views a bit more. Thanks for sharing @Iulia Popescu

@Joey Davis I totally agree with #3! In my grad school, they are experimenting with augmented reality and how it can be used in the classroom. Supposedly my next term will have some VR and AR tech available to demo in my classes. Since some of my classmates are virtual, it will be interesting to see how much it enhances learning experiences for all.

This is so cool! @Samantha Powell thanks for sharing. I wonder what sport will be next to use this kind of technology? I could see it being something American football or soccer would use but there are lots of constraints with those sports being outdoors and having very large spaces they play in compared to a basketball court. Can't wait to see what is next!

Replying to Samantha Minish

I felt like this was one of the better-produced halftime shows. Nailing audio and angles for both a live and remote audience is inherently challenging (understatement I'm sure!), and I feel like they did a great job especially considering how many different artists were there. It was consistent which helped its power. This in turn helped me really focus on busting out the high school prom moves.

I agree @Samantha Minish! I especially appreciated how large and varied the stage was  The fact that each artist had their own unique setting made it feel much more immersive and kept me guessing what was coming next. Would love to see more performances like this in the future!

@Joé Lloyd how interesting! Here's another article that claims the China Academy of Launch Vehicle built the screen: https://www.techradar.com/news/china-built-the-worlds-largest-led-screen-for-the-2022-winter-olympics-opening-ceremony. The author even goes into details how it was built so maybe the mystery has been solved?
