Great time at infocomm
Absolutely recommend taking the CTS prep courses, they are an intense three days before the convention, but absolutely worth the time for the information, industry connections, and collaboration you get out of it.
First Time at Infocomm
It's my first time at the convention and I'm blown away by the participation here. There is so much to see and tour, I'm not going to be able to hit them all. Great thing is, there's always next year. See you at Infocomm 2024!

What presentations at InfoComm '23 impacted you the most?
There were so many insightful, forward-thinking presentations at this year's InfoComm show. Now that some time has passed, which topics/speakers are still sticking with you today? Have any insights you gained at the show already impacted your day-to-day AV operations?
Comment with your thoughts and share the conversation with your AV friends and colleagues to get their feedback too!
First time at infocomm
Spent the day walking the floor and know I still missed a lot. What do I need to make sure I do not miss tomorrow?
Tips for first-time attendees?
For those who have attended InfoComm before, do you have any tips for first-timers coming to #InfoComm23? Whether it's a life-changing travel hack, a strong game plan for the show floor, or a hidden gem restaurant in Orlando, we'd love to hear from you!

My Favorite Moment
My favorite moment was walking into the beautiful new West Hall (that I didn't even know had been built), seeing that gigantic video wall (with the DJ jamming out below), & knowing that I was actually at InfoComm 2022! What a great show!
Great show but many attendees got covid!!!
While I enjoyed attending Infocomm, unfortunately the majority of folks I know who attended(30+ people) got Covid. This was disruptive to our department as well as other businesses as many folks then missed multiple days of work this week recovering from Covid. Very disappointed in AVIXA for lack of mask requirement and lack of Covid protocols to limit the spread. I also attended the smaller show in October 2021 and nobody I know got Covid from it.
This will definitely impact our decision to attend future Infocomm shows. We now call it Covidcomm 2022.
Favorite Moment
Mine was a collection of all the moments I got to see friends and colleagues in person for the first time in years! What a joy it was to be there.
InfoComm 2022
Just attended my first InfoComm!! It was so great to meet and share ideas with vendors and my AV Integrator team!
First time Exhibitor - Thanks for Warm Welcome
Wow a real baptism of fire, booth shipped over from UK, brilliant help from organisers at Infocomm and Avixa staff. We were making the leap from software licensing to full control solution provider. Good to see some other manufacturers following our lead on QR code integration and remote access/maintenance but thanks to all who came on the booth and made us feel really welcome. Wasn't it hot though! See booth photo attached, if you missed us and dint get to see our innovative no app control solution then get in touch via www.enado.com Brief intro to Enado - RavePubs
Events to check out
Hi all,
Looking to determine what to see and where afterhours in Las Vegas? I am too!
Besides the different meetings that you may have planned on and off the show floor, is there anyone looking to check out the plethora of technology in the casinos, sports books, event centres, etc...
The Loop is something I'm looking forward to checking out: https://www.boringcompany.com/lvcc
At the All Council Summit, Founder of Meow Wolf offers advice on Rising through your Career
At InfoComm this year we are excited to offer a new event, the AVIXA All Council Summit. At the event Vince Kadlubek, Founder of Meow Wolf will kick off our event discussing how you can rise through your career. In support of that keynote, our council chairs will talk about the work of their groups and how volunteering has been beneficial to them in their career. We invite you to register for this event at infocommshow.org.
In the meantime, what has helped you in your career? Has volunteering with AVIXA been something you have considered but not taken the next step why or why not?
I'm tagging the chairs of the Young AV Professionals Council@Matt Eckstein , @Gregory Rushton to start the discussion. Matt and Greg, I would love to hear your insights on this session and moving your careers forward and I challenge you to tag someone else to keep the discussion going!

A CTS Challenge for InfoComm
Thinking about adding those three letters to your name at InfoComm? (You can find out how to do that here.)
Here's an inspirational story from last year's show. Phil Ayache, CTS-D, CTS-I, took ALL THREE exams in one day. Watch his video. Warning: Not recommended to tackle the same challenge ;-)
What are you looking forward to at InfoComm?
There's a LOT to do at InfoComm, from the Exhibit Hall to CTS Prep, AVIXA council meetings and late nights out (What happens in Vegas...)
What are some of the things you're looking forward to?
For me, it's the exhibit hall - if you could see what it looks like on Tuesday night, with crates and cardboard and trash everywhere, compared to how bright and pristine it looks on Wednesday morning after they cut the ribbon, you'd think that Dumbledore worked at AVIXA. :-) It is truly amazing.
And of course, I'm looking forward to seeing all my #avtweeps after such a long time apart. Can't wait to see you all in person soon!
See you at InfoComm!
It's been four years since InfoComm was held in Las Vegas, two years since the beginning of the pandemic, and the first time we'll be in the West Hall. I look forward to the pro-AV community getting back together again at InfoComm 2022!
