We're collecting data for our new 2023 salary survey, and we want your help!

In 2020, we released a new salary survey designed to explore the perspective on individual AV professionals. So many insights have come from this:

• We've been able to measure the  gender and racial pay gap, including controlling for key resume traits
• We've launched a new salary dashboard, where individuals and companies can come to learn about market rates for employees tailored by their resumes.
• What is the value of a CTS? The new data allows us to measure
• How does country affect market data? Expanded international outreach enables us to show trends in pay, skills, and benefits all around the globe.
