Fitting in with all of that and not mentioned is a coming trend that I think will have just as much, if not more an impact.  That would be the use of AR (Augmented Reality) at live events and concerts.  It will provide another creative canvas for both content, information, and rich visuals.  True, it is still a bit farther away from widespread deployment than the options discussed in the video, but not that far and its effects will be very far-reaching.

@Doyle Martin I agree with you. One great aspect of AR is that you can readily use the tech you carry around with you 24/7 - your phone! That makes it easy for more people to enjoy, making it less stressful to use as that comfortability with the device is at least already there. I have seen AR being utilized in museums mostly but am excited to see what the future holds with live events and concerts as well.

Hi, Lulia,

With more wearables in the pipeline (google glass, MS Hololens, etc.) the sky is the limit to what the future holds.  I'm with you, though, it's going to be really interesting to see what all the creative minds in the live events industry will come up with for this, so far, underused technology.
