When you pass one of our certification exams or submit your renewal every three years, you will receive a hard copy of your certificate via mail. Certificates typically take around 4-6 weeks to arrive. The Certification Department is now introducing a new, easy way to request physical certificates for all CTS holders with the launch of our online Duplicate Certificate Request Form! Follow the instructions below to submit your request.

Never Received My Certificate 

If you have not received your certificate, you must use the Duplicate Certificate Request Form within 120 days of earning/renewing your certification here. Another attempt to mail your certificate will be made. Expect your new certificate to arrive in about 4-6 weeks. If you do not fill out the duplicate Request Form within 120 days of earning or renewing your certification, then the duplicate certificate fee must be paid.

You can request another copy of your certificate for a small fee by filling out our Duplicate Certificate Request Form here. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your new certificate to be delivered.
